Pyrolysis is the process of thermally degrading long chain poly- mer molecules into smaller, less complex molecules through heat and pressure. The process requires intense heat with shorter dura- tion and in absence of oxygen. The three major products that are produced during pyrolysis are oil, gas and char which are valuable for industries especially production and refineries . Pyrolysis was chosen by many researchers since the process able to produce high amount of liquid oil up to 80 wt% at moderate temperature around 500 C， In addition, pyrolysis is also very flexible since the pro- cess parameters can be manipulated to optimize the product yield based on preferences. The liquid oil produced from pyrolysis of plastic to oil machine can be used in mul- tiple applications such as furnaces, boilers, turbines and diesel engines without the needs of upgrading or treatment Unlike recycling, pyrolysis does not cause water contamination and is considered as green technology when even the pyrolysis by- product which is gaseous has substantial calories value that it can be reused to compensate the overall energy requirement of the pyrolysis of plastic to oil machine.

Pretreated plastics will be conveyed to the moving horizontal pyrolysis reactor through feeder system, it starts to pyrolysis and oil gas will be generated when temperature up to 500 degrees. Then the oil gas will be cooling down by spray cooling system, it would be liquefied, go into the oil tank. And at the same time, some uncondensed gas come into hot air circulation heating system by secondary fire retardant damper, it will be recycled for heating reactor as gas material. Exhaust gas go to the strong spray dedusting system for removing pollution, then let environmental gas go to the air. The pyrolysis slag emissions and recycled through second sealed discharging system.

The final products from pyrolysis of plastic to oil machine can be pyrolysis oil, carbon black and some combustible gas. And they all have a wide range of applications.

(1)Pyrolysis oil can be used as industrial fuel material for burning or can be further purified to diesel or gasoline.
(2)The carbon black can be used as fuel or further processed into N330 carbon black by carbon black processing machine.
