The principle of plastic pyrolysis technology

 

 Plastic pyrolysis is a thermo decomposition of plastic polymer, since waste plastics are long chain polymers containing more than 50,000 carbon atoms attached to each other in a cross linked or straight chain.During high temperature processing, this long chain( C-50,000 to C-2,00,000) is broken down into smaller chain (C-1 to C-4 & C-5 to C-23). Among which, C5-C23 is oil got from long chain plastic polymer.

Then you can start a new batch

General to say, it is a process of oil gas produced and then liquefied.

Pump waste plastic oil into reactor➩ close the reactor door ➩ start heating (indirect heating system makes the distillation fast and efficient and prolong the service life of reactor, the heating material can be wood, natural gas or oil) ➩ collect oil (when the temperature reach around 150 degree , oil gas will come out, then go through the cooling system to liquid into distillation oil) ➩ odor and color removal process ➩ get good quality distillation oil ➩slagging ( the residue can be discharged easily without waiting the reactor cool down )
Then you can start a new batch because the reactor still keep temperature, so you can saving heating energy.

General to say, it is a process of waste plastic distillation oil gas produced and then liquefied into the plastic diesel.
